Triaxis 181 is a premixed material for application in the grouting of post-tensioned beams. Comprised of assorted cementitious constituents and high-performance additives, the product forms a slurry of good fluidity, stability, voluminosity, and adjustable rates of curing. On completion of curing, the resulting surface is resistant to contraction, mostly resistant to expansion, and highly durable. The Triaxis 181 product does not contain substances that may contribute to the corrosion of rebar, and is fully compliant with mandated TB/T3192-2008 technical specifications for railway-use post-tensioned concrete pipeline grout; and mandated JTG/T F50-2011 technical specifications for the construction of roadways, bridges, and culverts.

Water-Powder Ratio: 0.28-0.33; may be adjust for different grouting applications.
【Packaging & Storage】:
1. Double-layered composite packaging, with a volume of 25 kg per sack. The product bears an effective shelf-life of 6 months, but may be used subsequent to expiry if found adequate on examination.
2. Storage environment should be dry, ventilated, and free of direct exposure to sunlight, with attention to the status of the moisture seal within the original packaging. Packages should be placed on a raised platform, separated from the ground.
