Triaxis 181 Pipeline Grouting Series
Triaxis 181C is a composite grouting agent, comprised of organic and inorganic substances. When combined with water and cement, the product incrementally contributes to the expansion of the resulting slurry – producing a high fluidity mixture that retains pliability for a relatively long duration. Completed installations are bleed resistant, and highly durable – fully compliant with mandated TB/T3192-2008 technical specifications for railway-use post-tensioned concrete pipeline grout.
【Primary Uses】：
Construction applications of post-tensioned concrete pipeline grout.
【Usage Quantities】：
1% additive, by weight of cement; customizable to 4%~6%.
Suggested Usage Ratio: W/C=0.31～0.35.
【Packaging & Storage】：
500 grams per plastic package; 20 packages per carton.If left sealed within its original packaging, the product bears an effective shelf-life of 2 years.

1. Chlorine content of less than 0.005%; safe and non-toxic.
2. Incorporates rust retardant agent, effectively preventing the corrosion of rebar.
3. If applied to prestressed beams or grouting material for anchor bolts, the product can significantly improve bonding stress and construction quality.
Triaxis 181U Pipeline Grouting Agent (Ministry of Transport Specification)
Triaxis 181U is a high moisture retention pipeline grouting agent, composited from organic and inorganic substances. When combined with water and cement, the product incrementally contributes to the expansion of the resulting slurry – producing a high fluidity mixture that retains pliability for a relatively long duration. Completed installations are bleed resistant, and highly durable – fully compliant with mandated JTG/T F50-2011 technical specifications for the construction of roadways, bridges, and culverts.
【Primary Uses】：
Construction applications of post-tensioned concrete pipeline grout.
【Usage Quantities】：
1%-10% additive, by weight of cement.
Suggested Usage Ration: W/C = 0.26~0.38
【Packaging & Storage】：
Moisture barrier packaging, with a volume of 10 or 20 kg per sack.Storage environment should be dry and free of direct exposure to sunlight.If left sealed within its original packaging, the product bears an effective shelf-life of 6 months.
【Product Features】：
1. Safe and non-toxic, with a chlorine content of less than 0.005%. Permits long-term prevention of rebar corrosion.
2. Produces slurry of good fluidity for easy injection; improved expansion; resistance to bleeding; and guarantees the complete airtight sealing of pipelines.
3. If applied to prestressed beams, platforms, or grouting material for pipelines, the product can improve the bonding stress between grouting material and bundles of prestressed rebar – significantly contributing to overall construction quality.
Triaxis 181 Premixed Grouting Material (Ministry of Railways & Ministry of Transport Specification)
Triaxis 181 is a premixed material for application in the grouting of post-tensioned beams. Comprised of assorted cementitious constituents and high-performance additives, the product forms a slurry of good fluidity, stability, voluminosity, and adjustable rates of curing. On completion of curing, the resulting surface is resistant to contraction, mostly resistant to expansion, and highly durable. The Triaxis 181 product does not contain substances that may contribute to the corrosion of rebar, and is fully compliant with mandated TB/T3192-2008 technical specifications for railway-use post-tensioned concrete pipeline grout; and mandated JTG/T F50-2011 technical specifications for the construction of roadways, bridges, and culverts.
【Venues of Use】：
1. Grouting for prestressed beams in all varieties of rail and roadway construction.
2. Grouting for channels in large-scale prestressed structures.
3. Grouting for leakage prevention at the junctions of cement structures.
4. Grout curtains, anchor bolt grouping, gap filling, or other repair applications.
【Usage Quantities】：
Water-Powder Ratio: 0.28-0.33; may be adjust for different grouting applications.
【Packaging & Storage】：
1. Double-layered composite packaging, with a volume of 25 kg per sack. The product bears an effective shelf-life of 6 months, but may be used subsequent to expiry if found adequate on examination.
2. Storage environment should be dry, ventilated, and free of direct exposure to sunlight, with attention to the status of the moisture seal within the original packaging. Packages should be placed on a raised platform, separated from the ground.
