Triaxis High-Performance Sealers
Comprised of an imported lithium-based compound, the Triaxis LS-1 product is a high surface density concrete sealant – non-flammable, non-toxic, and dust-proof. Permeating a surface, the product reacts with the minerals in the concrete, crystallizing within the pores and forming a highly durable, high-density calcium silicate hydrate (CSH). The resulting surface is harder, easier to clean, longer-lasting, and more resistant to chemical weathering processes. As the Triaxis LS-1 product is a lithium-based product, it promotes resistance to alkaline reactions within aggregate. If polishing is applied to the completed surface, an aesthetic high-gloss appearance may be obtained.

0.1-0.3kg per m2; may be adjusted per conditions of construction.
【Usage Provisions】:
Please take note to prevent LS-1 from freezing. If frozen, please allow product to melt, and mix well before using.
Please take note to prevent LS-1 from coming into contact with metals, glass, wood, and paint.
Skin should under no circumstances be directly exposed to LS-1. If LS-1 enters eyes, please rinse thoroughly under running water.

2. If left sealed within its original packaging and stored in a dry environment maintained at a temperature higher than 0° C, the product bears an effective shelf-life of 1 year.
Triaxis AB-1 Impervious Concrete Sealant (Two-Component)
The Triaxis AB-1 product is a concrete sealant for use with aging flooring surfaces that exhibit high porousness, foliation, or crumbling. Utilizing a two-component reactive process, the surface is applied with twice the reinforcement – firmed from within to without with the filling of pores and crevices.
【Product Features】:
Surfacing hardening; improves friction resistance; airtight anti-permeation; dust-proof and stain resistant; environmentally friendly and durable; improves surface glossing; reduces appearance of tire marks.
【Primary Uses】:
For use with new and old silicon carbide and terrazo floor surfacing; especially effective for loose or foliating surfacing material.
【Usage Quantities】:
Basic Component (Material A): 0.2-0.3kg per m2
Acidic Component (Material B): 0.3-0.5 kg per m2
May be adjusted per the circumstances of the construction site.
【Usage Provisions】:
1. Prior to use, please clean the work area of debris, grease, and other potential pollutants.
2. Evenly spread the Basic Component (Material A, at 1 portion to 4 parts water). Allow time to dry before applying Acidic Component (Material B). Proceed to polishing processes after curing.

Triaxis NG-1 Impervious Concrete Densifier
Comprised of imported silica sol, the Triaxis NG-1 product is a concrete densifier that improves the gloss, hardness, and anti-permeability of cementitious flooring materials. The film that forms upon completion of application is permeable to air, but impermeable to water, oil, and other substances. The product is an effective replacement for traditional floor wax and gloss finishes.

1. Quickly renders high quality gloss.
2. Completed surface is clean and impermeable to oil and water.
3. Forms an air-permeable film with high resistance to friction; not prone to peeling.
4. Quick to cure, and highly adhesive; rapidly permits the bearing of traffic.
【Primary Uses】:
Cementitious floor surfacing, such as: Self-levelling floor surfacing, cementitious terrazzo, high-gloss concrete, and friction-resistant floor surfacing.
【Usage Provisions】:
1. The NG-1 product is suited only for indoor use.
2. In low-temperature conditions, the product should be stirred before use to prevent freezing.
3. For improved effect, it is recommended that the surface is also treated with Triaxis LS-1.
4. For surface maintenance, please refrain from using acidic cleaning agents. Instead, please utilize pH-neutral cleaners or water.
